Terms of Service

These terms form an agreement between you and Nexus Store. By placing an order you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. Nexus Store is an independent reseller of in game currency and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Moonton or Mobile Legends: Bang Bang.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian who accepts these terms on your behalf. You must also own, or have permission to top up, the game account you enter at checkout.

An order is placed in three steps:

• You enter your Mobile Legends User ID and Zone ID
• You choose a package and a payment method
• You complete payment with our payment partner

Check your IDs carefully. Delivery is made to the account you enter. Once Diamonds have been credited to a game account, the transfer cannot be reversed, so orders delivered to a mistyped ID cannot be refunded.

Most orders are delivered within a minute of payment being confirmed. During maintenance by the game publisher, a payment verification check, or unusually high demand, delivery may take longer.

If your order has not arrived within 24 hours, contact us with your order reference and we will either complete the delivery or refund you in full to your Nexus Wallet.

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices can change at any time, but the price shown at the moment you pay is the price that applies to your order.

Any platform fee is added on top of the price and shown on its own line before you pay. See Platform Fees below.

Promotional codes are valid for the period stated, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be limited to one use per account.

Some purchases carry a platform fee on top of the price. When one applies, it is shown as its own line, named "Platform fee", before you pay, and again on your receipt. You are never charged a fee you were not shown.

The fees in force today are:

• Top ups: 5%
• Skins: 5%
• Gift cards: 2%
• Account marketplace: 5%

A percentage fee is worked out on the price after any promo code discount. Fees can change, but the fee shown when you pay is the fee that applies to that purchase. Cashback and creator rewards are paid on the price, not on the fee.

On a gift card the fee is paid by the buyer and is not part of the card's value. On the account marketplace the fee is paid by the buyer, on top of the account price, and is separate from the commission the seller pays out of their sale.

When a purchase is refunded, its platform fee is refunded with it, to your Nexus Wallet like every refund.

Your Nexus Wallet holds store credit. It is topped up by you, by redeeming a gift card, by cashback, and by any refund we approve.

Wallet credit is store credit, not cash. It never expires and can be spent on anything we sell, but it cannot be withdrawn, transferred to another account, or paid out to UPI, a card, or a bank account.

We issue a full refund when:

• Payment was taken but the order was never delivered
• A duplicate charge was made for the same order
• We cancel an order ourselves, for example when a package is unavailable

A full refund includes any platform fee paid on the purchase. Ads have their own refund rules, set out under Advertising.

We cannot refund an order when:

• Diamonds were delivered to the User ID and Zone ID you entered
• The game account was later banned or restricted by the publisher
• You changed your mind after delivery was completed

Every refund is paid to your Nexus Wallet. We do not send money back to UPI, a card, net banking, or any other account you paid from. Wallet credit appears the moment the refund is approved, never expires, and can be spent on anything in the store. By placing an order you accept this as the only form a refund takes.

Requests should be sent to team@storenexus.in within 30 days of the order.

Anyone with an account can buy an ad on Nexus Store for their Discord server, channel, stream or website. You choose where it shows, a bid per day for each placement, and how many days it runs, and you pay bid x days x placements from your Nexus Wallet when you submit it.

Each time an ad slot is filled, one running ad is chosen at random, weighted by bid. A higher bid is shown more often but no bid guarantees a number of views, clicks, or any placement on any page. The views and clicks we report are counted by us: a view is at least half of the ad on screen for one second, and repeat views and clicks from the same visitor in a short time, and your own, are not counted.

Every ad is reviewed by our staff before it runs. We do not accept ads that break these rules:

• No gambling, betting, adult content, drugs, weapons or anything illegal.
• No scams, phishing, fake giveaways, or anything that asks for passwords or payment details.
• No selling game accounts, Diamonds or top ups outside Nexus Store, and no cheats, hacks or mods.
• No hate, harassment, or content aimed at a real person.
• The link has to go where the ad says it does, and keep going there while the ad runs.
• Images must be yours to use, and readable at the size they are shown.

An ad starts running when it is approved. If it is not approved, or you cancel it before it is reviewed, everything you paid is refunded to your Nexus Wallet. While it runs you can raise your bid, paying the difference for the days left, or add days.

We can take a running ad down at any time. If it broke these rules, or its link stopped going where it said, there is no refund. If we take it down for any other reason, the days it did not run are refunded to your Nexus Wallet. If we switch ads off across the site, running ads are paused and get that time back when ads return.

You are responsible for your ad and what it links to, and you confirm you have the right to use its images. Showing an ad is not an endorsement by Nexus Store.

You agree not to:

• Pay with a card, wallet, or bank account you are not authorised to use
• Buy for the purpose of reselling without our written agreement
• Attempt to interfere with, scrape, or overload the service
• File a chargeback instead of contacting support about a problem

We may cancel orders, refuse service, or suspend an account where we reasonably believe these rules have been broken.

We ask only for your User ID and Zone ID. We never need your game password, one time code, or linked social account, and we will never ask for them. Anyone who does is not acting for Nexus Store. You remain responsible for keeping your game account secure and for following the publisher's own terms.

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for losses caused by the game publisher, including account bans, item changes, server downtime, or the discontinuation of the game.

We may add, change, or remove packages, payment methods, and features at any time. These terms may also be updated, and the date at the top of this page shows the current version. Orders are governed by the terms in force when they were placed.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
