01Information We Collect
We only collect what we need to deliver an order and support your account:
- Game details. Your Mobile Legends User ID and Zone ID, which we use to deliver Diamonds to the correct account.
- Contact details. Your email address or phone number, used for order confirmations and support replies.
- Payment details. Processed by our payment partners. We receive the transaction status and a reference number, never your full card number or UPI PIN.
- Technical data. IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected to keep the service secure and to fix problems.
02How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to:
- Deliver the Diamonds, passes, or bundles you have paid for
- Send order confirmations, receipts, and delivery updates
- Answer support requests and investigate failed or delayed orders
- Detect fraud, chargeback abuse, and unauthorised account access
- Meet accounting and tax obligations that apply to our business
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising by other companies.
03Payments
Payments are handled by licensed payment gateways. When you pay, you are redirected to the provider, and your card, UPI, or bank credentials are entered on their systems. Nexus Store never stores those credentials. Each provider processes your data under its own privacy policy, which we recommend reading before you pay.
05Ads
Ads on Nexus Store are images and links chosen by our staff, served from our own servers. No advertising network, tracker, or third party cookie is involved, and advertisers learn nothing about you from us.
We count how many times each ad is seen and clicked. To stop one visitor being counted over and over, we briefly hold your IP address in our server's memory, for about ten minutes. It is never written to our database or stored with the count. Advertisers only ever see totals per day.
Clicking an ad takes you to the advertiser's site, which has its own privacy policy. If you advertise with us, we keep your ad, its images, link and numbers with your account.
07How Long We Keep Data
Order records, including your game ID and transaction reference, are kept for as long as needed to support you and to satisfy tax and accounting rules. Support conversations are kept for up to 24 months. You may ask us to delete data that we are not required to keep.
08Security
Traffic to this site is encrypted with HTTPS, access to order data is restricted to staff who need it, and payment credentials never reach our servers. No system is perfectly secure, so we also ask you to protect your own account by using a strong password and never sharing your game login with anyone, including people claiming to work for us.
09Your Rights
You may ask us to:
- Provide a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Correct information that is wrong or out of date
- Delete information we no longer need to keep
- Stop sending you marketing messages
Write to team@storenexus.in and we will respond within 30 days.
10Children
Nexus Store is intended for users aged 18 and over. If you are a minor, you may use the service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian, who is responsible for the payment. If we learn that we hold data from a child without that consent, we will delete it.
11Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the service changes. The date at the top of this page always shows the current version, and significant changes will be announced on the site.
